The Vision

The vision is to build a family of complementary fashion brands, each differentiated by its own compelling story, united by an unyielding respect for product quality and design. We serve the demands of today’s international consumer, but remain respectful of the continued importance of historical home markets. Cavaliere Brands S.à.r.l. specializes in providing design-driven affordable luxury lifestyle products for men and women, including apparel, accessories, footwear and other related categories. MCS (formerly Marlboro Classics) is the first brand in the portfolio, acquired in April 2013. International distribution spans multiple distribution channels: directly-owned and franchised branded full price retail stores and outlets, branded corners, shop-in-shops and traditional wholesale sales. Distribution through newer channels such as e-commerce and duty-free shopping is an area of particular focus.

The Mission

Our mission, put simply, is to bring proven Western lifestyle brands to the global consumer, through a platform that encourages best practices in all operations, rewards a healthy work ethic and above all, advances the value of our brands. We seek organic growth through new distribution channels and from the millions upon millions of emerging market consumers in Greater China, Greater Russia, India, and the Middle East/North Africa (or C.R.I.M.) Our strategic partners in these markets are strong, well-financed, experienced and focused on long term growth with us. We are actively seeking additional brands for Cavaliere Brands through acquisition or majority ownership.
